WHAT IS FOAM CRETE ?
Foamcrete is lightweight concrete designed for gap filling, stabilisation and other lightweight applications, providing heat and sound insulation.Foamcrete is a lightweight, free-flowing foam concrete and produced using CELLONAS foam agent. It is available in various densities and compressive strengths depending on the area to be used.Foamcrete fills all gaps easily without compression. Our foamcrete production units can be easily produced onsite by CELLCONAS foam concrete trucks.
Foamcrete is ideal for filling tanks and pipelines for impermeability, especially in areas where access is difficult, for filling tunnels, oil wells, pits and sinkholes.

Basic Thermal Insulation Screed Applications
FOAM CRETE 350
After the excavation and lean concrete, we apply FoamCrete 350 instead of XPS / Styrofoam. Advantages; it is completely cement based, it has higher compressive strength, better load distribution and it is possible to lay the irons required for foundation concrete 24 hours after the application.
Tunnel Karstic Cavity Filling Applications
FOAM CRETE 400
In the karstic natural rock cavities which are frequently encountered in Highways and Metro Projects, it gives 4 times less load to the tunnel mirror than the alternative filling concrete C16. Water leaks are reduced 80%. FoamCrete 400 injection is made by the pipes opened by drilling.
Sinkholes and Soil Gap Applications
FOAM CRETE 450
The Foamcrete 450 is ideal for filling karst cavities, collapses and sinkholes. It is used in all other filling situations where high insulation and light filling properties are required. There is no need to use XPS and EPS after Foamcrete application at this density.
Subway/TBM Shaft Back Fiiling Applicatioons
FOAM CRETE 500
After subway tunnel shafts opened for excavation and ventilation, C16 should be filled with concrete or soil. A light backfill is preferred, especially if the tunnel passes under or near the shaft. FoamCrete 500 is an alternative filling concrete because of its lightweight and rapid application.
Landspacing and Floor Fiiling Applications
FOAM CRETE 550
We apply FoamCrete 550 to protect waterproofing in landscapes and in areas where the soil cannot carry the load to the ground. The advantages are not only light and fast application, but also an alternative filling material instead of XPS / Styrofoam. The Cellconas foaming agent does not contain any chemical or carcinogenic substances, thus creating a healthier living space.
Terrace Slope Screed Applications
FOAM CRETE 600 – 650
XPS / Styrofoam is used to protect waterproofing. After XPS / Styrofoam, cement and sand mixture slope screed is poured. Such applications are a disadvantage for projects both in terms of cost and health. FoamCrete 600-650 is used as Terrace slope screed because of its thermal insulation property. Advantages provide waterproofing, meet the need for thermal insulation, lighten the load of the building.
Floor and Floor Screed
FOAM CRETE 700 – 1000
FoamCrete 700-1000 is easily transferred to the floors. The use of ceramic adhesives decreases up to 30%, due to its very smooth surface, daily coating quantity increases. It relieves the load of the building, provides thermal insulation value and prevents disturbing sounds such as heel sound to the lower floors. As it is a fast application, it reduces costs and creates a healthier living space because it is produced with completely natural products and provide A1 non-combustible class.

In the experiments, foam concrete produced with CELLCONAS foam agent showed that concrete with very low water absorption.
Medium density Foamcrete (600kg / m³) has a low water absorption of only 10% over a period of 20 days.
Foamcrete is extremely fire resistant. It protects from the spread of fire and is very suitable for applications where fire is risky. Foamcrete corresponds to 1st degree refractoriness.
it can be used in fire resistant structures. Our research shows that Foamcrete of 15 cm and 400 kg / m³ can with stand fire for approximately 5 hours. It did not show any tendency to break up and burst as in normal concrete.
Foamcrete prevents heat loss in winter, it is very resistant to moisture. It allows you to avoid very high temperatures in summer and to control the air humidity in the room by absorbing and disposing of moisture.
Where Foamcrete is used, XPS or EPS are not required. XPS and EPS lifetime is up to 5 years. The life of Foamcrete is equal to the life of the structure.
Foamcrete walls or plates produced with Foamcrete agents have acoustic absorption properties and also act as sound retaining walls on highways or railroad tracks to absorb sound and prevent splashing to the other side.
Foamcrete can produce in the form of blocks, sheets, panels etc. according to your need. The products are lightweight, and can be processed using fewer functions. Standard hand tools can be drilled using normal screws and nails. It can be shaped by cutting.
